Your video(s) will be delivered within 4-6 weeks after your wedding day, allowing us ample time to carefully edit and perfect every frame to ensure it reflects the true essence of your special day.

We proudly serve couples throughout Somerset, Devon, Cornwall, Bristol, Bath, Gloucestershire, South Wales, and even abroad for a limited number of destination weddings! No matter where your love story takes you, we'll be there to capture every magical moment.

Sam will be your lead videographer on the day, ensuring personalized attention to detail and seamless coordination. Depending on the package booked and the size of the wedding, he may be accompanied by one of our talented team members to ensure comprehensive coverage of your special day.

Drone coverage is included in all packages, subject to local airspace regulations and weather conditions. Our aerial footage adds an extra dimension of beauty and excitement to your wedding video, capturing stunning perspectives of your venue and surroundings.

Travel expenses are included in the price for weddings located within 75 miles of our base in Taunton.

Definitely. I highly recommend having a call before your big day. If time permits, we can meet in person, otherwise we can arrange a zoom call (usually around a month before the wedding). It's always nice to see who's behind the camera for you, and to meet you as a couple for us.

Pixaplace Weddings use professional recording equipment to make sure we capture the best audio and sound. Wedding venues and sometimes churches all have different acoustics so we have amazing knowledge and experience from all of our previous weddings.

Pixaplace Weddings will try to be as discreet as possible and hopefully, you’ll forget we’re even there. Sometimes we may provide a very small amount of direction during the course of your day (in much the same way as a photographer would). This guarantees us to capture the best moments.

Pixaplace Weddings are fully insured and with Public Liability Insurance.

Yes. To secure your video booking with Pixaplace Weddings services and to save the date, we ask for a small non-refundable deposit for all of our wedding video packages. The deposit is paid upon booking, and the remaining balance is paid 4 weeks prior to your big day.

We aim to be as discreet as possible on the day.  We will typically wear smart, practical clothes in dark colours that allow us to blend in to the background.

Yes. As standard practice, as it is for professional wedding videography companies to ask clients to sign contracts. This is to protect both parties (us and yourselves) and to clarify exactly what is expected from the clients and Pixaplace Weddings will provide. The contract allows us to be and will be prepared so that all wedding filming is produced as smoothly and professionally as possible. Feel free to contact us and we’ll send you a copy of our terms and conditions.

Unfortunately not. Due to copyright licensing, we do not allow our clients to choose the actual music for the video. As you are hiring Pixaplace Weddings to create a creative narrative film that represents your wedding day, we capture the important scenes and special moments. Our choice of music does play an integral role in your film; our footage of weddings with music has been known to make people ccry with emotion so don't worry too much about the music. Our choice of music allows us to set a particular mood and scene for your wedding film. Any music we use is licensed for public or personal use and listening, whilst other filming companies may say you can have whatever songs you want, they are probably not following the law and risk large fines or breach of music copyright.
